  • In case of rain: In case of rain the day of your event, if you wish to postpone deposit will be forfeited and a 50% of the invoice total will be held. (We will not set up unless you are able to accommodate set-up indoors). Please make sure to have an indoor option before booking. 

 

  • Due to high winds: Please have an indoor option available. Unfortunately, our soft play equipment is very light and can be damaged by high winds and bounces can be a safety hazard. If the wind is over 15mph we do not set up bouncers outdoors.

 

  • If party take place in a park: Please notice, we DO NOT CARRY generator. Make sure you have electricity to run the equipment properly. Client MUST make sure the park allows set up in their property. If upon arrival the park won't let us set up, the deposit won't be refunded & 50% of the invoice total will be held. If equipment is extremely dirty, wet, food or anything not allowed deposit will not be refunded. ​

  • Total balance of your invoice MUST be paid 10 days before event. In order for equipment to be installed, booking needs to be paid in full. If booking is not paid in full by this period, booking will be cancelled, and deposit will not be refunded.

  • Rentals are up to 4hrs (additional charge applies after 4hrs rental). Once set up is completed our work is considered done and no refund will be made if any situation arise, or event is cancelled.

  • Cancellations, for any reason prior set up or date of event; ($70) deposit won't be refunded. You'll have up to 30 days to reschedule, upon availability. If no rescheduling is possible renter is able to cancel rental with a 50% cancellation fee from the total of invoice plus ($70) deposit fee.
